He was born on April 11, 1962 in Chillicothe, OH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billy was a 35-plus-year member of Ironworkers Local #769, Ashland, KY. He enjoyed coon hunting, cars and his grandkids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billy is survived by his parents, Bill and Wanda (Porter) Meredith of Jackson; children, Shea (Michelle) Meredith, Nashanda (Brett) Bobst and Colin Cavey; grandchildren, Eli Ray, Braden Bobst, Kole Meredith, Brantley Bobst and Avanelle Meredith, all of Jackson; brothers, Kevin (Missy) Meredith, Greg (Wendy) Meredith and Mitchell Meredith; nieces, Tara Meredith of Ashville, NC, Brooklynn (Tyler) Handley of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Jordan Meredith of Jackson, OH, Makayla Meredith of Jackson, OH; nephews, Derrick (Brooke) Meredith and Trevin Meredith, both of Jackson, OH; along with several aunts, uncles, two great-nieces, three great-nephews, cousins and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Henry and Marie Porter of Franklin Furnace; and paternal grandparents, Mildred and Orville Meredith of Jackson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No services will held; Billy made the decision to donate his body to The Ohio State University, Division of Anatomy for future medical practitioners.
