Jason Matthew Cook, age 47, of Jackson, passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2019. He was born Oct. 25, 1971 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Larry and Bonnie Leffler Cook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jason was a veteran of the United States Army, and attended The Rock Church in Parkersburg where he also worked part-time. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and drawing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is survived by his parents; daughter: Sarah Ann Cook; brother: Joshua Cook and his fianc\u00e9e, Tali; sister: Heather and Ebenezer “Eb” Penha; nieces and nephews: Mikayla, Aliana and Logan; as well as several aunts, uncles and many friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at The Rock Church in Jackson with Pastor David Chisholm officiating. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. up to the time of the Memorial Service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
