William Kenneth “Billy” Lambert, age 37, of Wellston, passed away Dec. 7, 2017 in Puerto Rico. Billy, an employee of Wulzcat Fiber and Cable, Inc., was working in Puerto Rico helping re-build after the recent hurricane devastation. He was born Oct. 20, 1980 in Gallipolis, Ohio. Billy loved to go hunting and fishing and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Darrell Raymond Lambert of Hamden; mother and step-father, Susan Jean Haynes Lambert Brown and Ray Brown of Chillicothe; children, Gavin Lambert, Destiny Lambert and Liam Lambert; sister, Shelby Lynn Lambert Beatty (Tony); half- brother, Michael Hollingshead; step-sister, Carrie Moenster; grandparents, Kenneth Lambert and Carolyn Canterbury, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins, including special uncles and aunt, Darren Lambert and Ernie and Patty Haynes.
