Sue Ellen Rapp, age 54, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017. She was born Jan. 29, 1963 in Gallipolis, Ohio.
Sue is survived by her son, Ricky (Kelly) Rapp; grandchildren: Landon, Brock, and Kohen; her son, Matthew Rapp; her daughter, Felicia (“TJ”) Baker; grandson, Dante; as well as honorary son, Kyle Kimble. She is also survived by her sister, Colleen Galbraith (Debby Kloenne); special cousins, Kerry (Natasha) Shelton and their daughter, Ela, Regina Yerian, and Kurt (Stacey) Shelton; as well as countless other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Luetta Jane (Wasmer) Galbraith; her brother, Donald “DB” Blair Galbraith, Jr.; her father, Donald “Pink” Blair Galbraith, Sr.; and her grandmother, Ada Wasmer.
Sue was employed by Jerry’s Jamestown Market and the Jackson City Schools. Sue was one who loved to play cards. She loved playing with her family and friends at the AmVets. She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitch, and reading. She also loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at Calvary United Methodist Church, 483 Chillicothe Pike, Jackson, Ohio 45640 on Jan. 20, 2018 from 3 to 6 p.m. A private family burial will be observed at the family’s convenience. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
