Russell Roy Canter, age 49, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Jackson County, Ohio, on July 2, 1962 to the late Ernest Minor and Lula Canter.
He is survived by his wife, Jaune Canter; daughter, Lisa N. Wells of Jackson; son, Kenny Blackburn of South Carolina; several brothers and sisters, and one grandchild.
Funeral service will be held graveside Friday, March 16, at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Coalton, Ohio, at 2 p.m. with military graveside service provided by Disabled American Veterans, Jackson County Chapter 45. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the graveside.
