Ronald R. Lambert

By | June 13, 2016

Ronald R. Lambert, 59 of Wellston, Ohio, unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 while residing in Columbus, Ohio. The son of the late Lee R. Lambert and Virginia Lambert, he was born July 1, 1956 in Wellston. Ronnie became a young Navy Veteran, thereafter became a loving father of four while doing what he loved: driving truck, which he did for several years. Ronnie, who was known everywhere he went, and was a handful yet his overflow of entertainment, trumped all. He was definitely loved and certainly will be remembered by lots.

In addition to his parents, Lee and Virginia, he was preceded in death by twin brother Donnie, brother Dale, brother Bill; sister Susie, sister Cheryl Nagel, and grandson Joseph Lee Lambert.

He is survived by his former wife, Deborah Lambert-Stepp of Columbus; daughters, Tricia and Crissy Lambert of Columbus; sons, Ronald Ray Jr. and Aaron of Columbus; five grandchildren, whom his smile reached ear to ear for: Ceara, Kaine, Mikila, Koltyn and A.J.; brothers, Kevin of Wellston, Dean (Melanie) of Gallipolis, Tim (Terri) of Florida, Jerry (Rose) of Wellston; sisters, Kathy Lathey of Jackson, Jenny (Glen) Kisor of Wellston and Margie (Fred) Pigge of Bowling Green; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

God….Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to know the difference.

The Lord said, “My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, where you only seen one set of footprints, I was carrying you.”

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
