Ronald Lee Ostrander, Jr., age 62, of Jackson, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018. He was born Oct. 31, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois.
Ronald was a former truck driver, who in the past was employed by Waterloo Coal Company and Davis Trucking. He enjoyed being outdoors, camping and fishing.
Ronald is survived by his mother, Lavon Joyce Chapman Shields; children, Harry Ostrander, Ronald Lee “Chip” Ostrander III, James Ostrander, Jessica Ostrander and Regina Kemp; brothers and sisters, Rebecca Allen, Harold Ostrander, Nancy Clary, James Ostrander, and David Ostrander; along with several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Lee Ostrander, Sr., and his sister, Ina Yates.
