Robetta Ann (Scott) Bragg

Robetta Ann (Scott) Bragg, age 59, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 surrounded by those she loved the most. She was born November 4, 1957, in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Raleigh E. and Mary Scott.

She was a 1975 graduate of Jackson High School and later attended Wesleyan College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Robetta was a long-time employee of Four Winds of Jackson, A&A Truck Stop and Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. Although she held many jobs, her favorite title was Nannie. Nothing mattered more to her than her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and singing and catching up with old friends. She devoted her life to others and never met a stranger. She touched the hearts of many and was a true blessing to all who knew her. Those she left behind will miss her dearly.

She leaves behind her children, Benjamin Bragg of Jackson, Ohio; Jennifer Coopmans of Chicago, Illinois an the loves of her life, her two grandsons, Oliver and Liam Coopmans of Chicago, Illinois. She also leaves behind a sister, Vicki (Charles) Chapell of Graham, NC; brothers, Raleigh (Pamela) Scott Jr. of Jackson, Ohio and Randy (Elena) Scott of Raleigh, NC; nephews, Peyton Scott of Stem, NC, Joel and Jonathan Alva of Raleigh, NC and niece, Amber Scott of Cincinnati, Ohio; special aunt Elizabeth (Paul) Wyant of Jackson, Ohio; dear friend Cindy (Tom) Ramsey of Oak Hill, Ohio; Father of her children, Ben Bragg of Jackson, Ohio as well as several cousins and work friends.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 6pm with Rev. Janie Karl officiating at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson, Ohio.
