Phyllis Clark, age 80, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014, at her home. She was born July 5, 1933, the daughter of Walter and Jessie Hayth.
She is survived by five children: Terry (Ron) Ousley of Beaver, Rhonda Lenegar of Jackson, Ron Clark, Jr. (Sherry) of South Webster, Alice (Harold) Newkirk of Jackson, and Becky (Mike) Dalton of Yuma, Arizona. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren: Shawn, Heather (Nikki), Jessica, Tiffany, Ryan, Seth, Sarah, Brandon, Nathan, Benjamin, Jason and Erica; and seven great-grandchildren: Austin, Shawn, Jr., Tinlie, Kenzie, Taryn, Lilly and Karsyn; and one brother, Roy Allen Hayth of Jackson.
