Nicholas D. “Dean” Bauer, age 29 of Wellston, passed away on Oct. 30, 2019. He was born on Feb. 28, 1990 in Seoul, Korea to Brian Lee Bauer and Chongnae (Kim) Coffman.
“Dean” was a 2008 Wellston High School graduate and he attended Hocking College. He loved playing computer games and working on computers.
He is survived by his father, Brian Lee Bauer; mother, Chongnae Kim (Ed) Coffman; brothers, Jesse Lee Bauer, Dakota Ryan Berry and Joshua Coffman; grandmother, Evelyn Bauer; uncle, Troy (Bridget) Bauer; aunt, Valerie (Torge) Runge; cousins, Patrick Runge, Rachel, Ashton, Brooke, Ethan, Emily, Jordan, and Grayson Bauer.
A funeral service will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019 at 1 p.m. officiated by Bill Taylor. Burial to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m.
