Mary Katherine Long, age 77, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at Heartland of Jackson. She was born February 27, 1935, to the late Bessie (Alban) and Walter Lambert of Oak Hill, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William DeLong, daughter, Linda Jenkins, sons, Jimmy DeLong and Larry DeLong.
Mary is survived by her daughters: Debra McKenzie and spouse Randy McKenzie of Oak Hill, Teresa DeLong and better half Earl Stafford of Jackson; sons: Gary DeLong, Richard DeLong, Greg DeLong and better half Judy Hill, all of Jackson, and William DeLong of Columbus; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Burial will follow in the C.M. Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio.
