Marvene Lovonne (Collins) Perkins

Marvene Lovonne (Collins) Perkins, 64, of Limerick Road, Jackson, Ohio, passed peacefully from the loving embrace of her family into the hands of the Lord on Friday, May 25, 2012 at her home. She was born in Hocking County, Ohio on December 27, 1948. She was a Jackson City Schools bus driver for 22 years. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Gertrude (Seum) Collins; brothers, Bob Beltz, Herb Beltz, Frank Beltz, Jimmy Collins, Billy Collins, Ron Collins; and nephew, Charles Franklin Collins.

She is survived by her loving children, Lissa (Mitch) Warrens, Jason (Katie) Perkins, James (Jamie) Perkins and Rita (Tim) Toth. Also surviving are her eight grandchildren, Bayley Warrens, Addison and Mason Perkins, James, Hunter, Kauycee Perkins, Caitlynn and Madison Toth; one brother, Wayne (Linda) Collins; two sisters, Susan (Paul) and Joyce Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Hickman Cemetery.
