Mariah Jade Culwell, 15 and a half months old, of Jackson, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020. She was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on March 15, 2019 to Jacob Culwell and Catherine Nicole (Crislip) Culwell.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents and great-grandparents: Teresa Musick, Jerry and Tammy Crislip, Paul and Cecilia Musick; paternal grandparents and great-grandparents: Eugenia Durham and Tracy Culwell, Tami Durham, Ed and Pamela Culwell; sisters: Arianna Crislip and Maicee Culwell; an aunt, Faith Durham; and uncles: Jerry Lee Crislip and Trevor Norris.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather Steve Durham, and great-grandmother Gloria Culwell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 12 to 2 p.m.
