Margaret (Mayhew) Ingalls, age 89 of Jackson, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Four Winds Nursing Facility. She was born in Jackson on October 31, 1926 to the late Cyril and Cressie (Horton) Mayhew. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Ingalls, Jr., a daughter, Judy Diane (Ingalls) Biggs, and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Wilford Biggs and several cousins.
Margaret previously worked at the Atomic Plant, was a housewife for many years, and volunteered for the Jackson County Republican Committee.
No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairmount Cemetery in Jackson, with Pastor Skip Domigan officiating.
