Karl Holsinger, 75, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at his residence while surrounded by family and loved ones.
He was born January 10, 1938 in Lyra, Ohio to the late Roscoe and Mamie Dixon Holsinger.
He is survived by his wife Carol James Holsinger, eight children; Diane Bloomfield of Gallia, Ohio, Rhonda Boswell of Jackson, Bradley Holsinger of Minford, Ohio, Karla Holsinger of Jackson, Karman Holsinger of Gallipolis, Ohio, Karl Holsinger Jr. of Jackson, Kevin Holsinger of Jackson and Christina Brown of New Boston, ohio, 17 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, brother Joe Holsinger of Jackson and sister Laura Faye Bobo of Fairborn, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Roscoe Jr., Leroy, Russell, Raymond and John Holsinger.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday. February 2, 2013 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with burial to follow in Coalton Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2013 at funeral home.
