June R. (Thomas) Williams, age 70, of Oak Hill, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born June 14, 1947 in Oak Hill to the late Howell J. and Wilma (McCain) Thomas.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Wayne Williams, of Oak Hill and her brother, Gary Thomas, of Oak Hill. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Thomas.
She retired as executive director of Gallia County Public Housing after 25 years.
A funeral was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. She was laid to rest in Moriah Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
