Janet Lou Wyatt, 77, of Wellston, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on August 12, 1943, in Jackson County, Ohio, daughter of the late Marshall E. and Grace E. (Morris) Hill. A Christian by faith, Janet was a truly kind, caring, and giving person. She was an excellent seamstress who could practically make anything especially clothing and curtains.

She is survived by her loving family: sons, Christopher David (Savannah) Wyatt, Thomas (Elaine) Wyatt, and Robert Wyatt; daughters, Dianna (Jerry) Lodatto, Mary Wyatt, Pamela Sue Kight; Rebecca Mitchell, and Audra Abele; 27 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers, three sisters; and a son-in-law, Chris Prater.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Wyatt; a daughter, Cindy Lou Prater; as well as three brothers and two sisters.

A funeral service celebrating Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, with Pastor Tim Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Coalton.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 2, 2021, from 5 to 8 p.m.
