Isaac M. Jarvis, age 55, of Wellston, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013, at his residence. He was born August 16, 1957 in Wellston, Ohio to the late Ernest and Verna Jarvis. Ike was a former fence installer for Sears.
He is survived by his long-time friend, Marcia Kessler of Wellston; brothers and sisters, Ernest Jarvis of Columbus, Mona Patterson of Wellston, Patty Strickland of North Carolina, Blanche Evans of Waverly, Tammy Jarvis of North Carolina, Tina Jarvis of Waverly and Kevin Jarvis of Columbus; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rita Denney and brothers, Tony Jarvis and Timothy Jarvis.
In keeping with Isaac’s wishes his body was cremated. A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Monday, February 18 at 11 a.m. at the Sts.
