Hayley Lynne Coy-Hart Shiveley, age 56, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at the Ohio State University Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1964 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Vernon Dale Hart Sr. and Nada Jane (Coy) Hart.
Hayley is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Shiveley and Ashley Shiveley (Michael Fizer); son, Jeremy Shiveley; grandchildren: Haylyn Fizer, Chance Fizer, Aaron Shiveley, and Alex Shiveley; siblings, Vernon Dale Hart II and Benessa Adkins; special friends, Jessica Teets, Jenny Fowler, and Pam Hubbard; as well as several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Hayley was a graduate of Zane Trace High School. She was employed at Jackson Express for many years. Hayley attended Jackson Assembly of God. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Monday, April 19, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson with friends greeting the family from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Per CDC and governor guidelines, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing.
