George Edward “Pete” Weber

George Edward “Pete” Weber, age, 81, of Jackson passed away peacefully in the arms of his sister and brother-in-law and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019. He was born on April 1, 1937 in Jackson to the late Merritt and Fannie Mae (Preston) Weber.

He is survived by his sister, Donna (Marvin) Keller, of Jackson; nieces and nephews, Mitch, Gina, Cindy, Anita, Eric, Jeff, Lee Ann and Duane; and numerous special cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, James Weber.

Pete was a quiet, humble person, who didn’t say very much. He was a very loving individual, everyone he met was special to him. He loved all of his friends, he loved Christian music and he was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the German Salem Cemetery in Scioto Township with Pastor Bill Goodall officiating. All friends and relatives are welcome. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
