Freda M. Frederick, age 88, of Jackson, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Edgewood Manor of Wellston. She was born October 28, 1928 in Wilmot, Ohio to the late Frederick William Frederick and Iva May Sampsel Frederick.
Freda was a homemaker who enjoyed making crafts. She attended the Roads Missionary Church.
Freda is survived by her sisters, Audrey Jean Frederick of Wilmot, Ohio and Mary Taylor Richards of Jackson; nieces and nephews, Freddie Scurlock, Barbara Logan, Debbie Edinger, David Frederick, Gary Frederick, Ivy Downard and Burt Frederick, along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack, Jim and Bruce Frederick and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 4 p.m. and burial will be in the Real Friends Cemetery in Pattonsville. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com
