Evelyn Elvira Johnson (“Tami Sue”), age 65, of Jackson, OH passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. She was born February 9, 1948 in Morgantown, WV to William and Fannie (May) Kleps. Her hobbies included church plays, movies, playing cards, painting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Fannie I. Kleps; children, Melody M. Moore and Jaime of Lakeland, FL, Rebecca and Brent Evans of Jackson, OH, Butch and Candi Moore of Jackson, OH; grandchildren, Derek, Gabrielle, Jordan, Courtney, Jasmine, Sheldon and Megan; great-grandchildren, Omari, Rylynn and Kamryn; brother, Robert G. Shaffer of Walton, WV; sisters, Brenda S. and Paul Mosier of Windsor, OH, Patricia K. and Richard Lawson of Geneva, OH; step-brothers, William (Carol) Kleps of DeBary, FL, James (Ruth) Kleps of Geneva, OH, Robert (Joyce) Kleps of Austenburg, OH, John (Gayle) Kleps of Clement, FL, Gary Kleps of Orlando, FL, and Gordon (Sandy) Kleps of Geneva, OH.

She was preceded in death by her dad, William Kleps, Sr.; father, Robert G. Shaffer, Sr.; brother, Terance Lee Shaffer; grandparents, Walter and Lula May, and Lonnie and Inez Shaffer; uncles, Robert May, David May, Ray Shaffer and Bud Shaffer; and aunts, Betty Shaffer and Edna May.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson, OH. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
