Erma Kiser Oiler, age 89, of Oak Hill, Ohio left this world and went to be with her Heavenly Father and loved ones on Sunday, April 24th, 2016 at Heartland of Jackson. She was born February 8th, 1927 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Herb and Carrie Ruckel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Carl Kiser and Willard Oiler; her brothers: Elmer, Charles, and Albert Ruckel; and sisters: Nina Ruckel and Joan Jamison.
She is survived by six children: Karen (Sam) Hale, Bill (Connie) Kiser, Gary (Jane) Kiser, Steve (Joyce) Kiser, Charlotte Moore (Jerry Reese), and Willard Oiler (Sheila Smith); five sisters: Marie Parson, Bertie Jamison, Bonnie Jarrell, Ruth Parson, and Kathy Rhoden; a brother, Luther Ruckel; seventeen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Blackfork Freewill Baptist Church.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016 from 11-1pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill.
