Dylan “Shotgun” Strickland

Dylan Blake “Shotgun” Strickland, age 21, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 7th, 2018. He was born May 28th, 1997 in Chillicothe, Ohio to Brian and Sara Beth (Sharp) Strickland.

Dylan attended Buckeye Hills and was a graduate of Oak Hill High School Class of 2016. He loved boxing and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancé, Jerrica Fry; step-daughter, Alaina Clark; grandparents, Joyce Roseberry, Richard Sharp, and Sandy Strickland; aunts: Holly (Jeff) Stroth, Anita Swann, Missy (Mark) Rawlins, and Cathy Behringer; uncles, John (Christal) Sharp and Tim (Susan) Swann; cousins: Emma and Marley Stroth, Ashley and Alyssa Sharp, Cody, Nick, and Zac Swann, Justin, Nathan, Elijah, Savannah, and Haley Rawlins, Camie Perry, and Carly Behringer.

Dylan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lehman Strickland.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10th, 2018 from 12-2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2PM at the funeral home with Pastor Jack Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery.
