Duane Greene, age 83, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Jenkins Memorial Health Facility. He was born in Jackson May 29, 1928 to the late Charles and Lucille (Harper) Greene. He retired from Martin Block and enjoyed riding his bicycle.
He is survived by brother, Leland Greene and sister, Laverne Smith, both of Jackson and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister and a niece, Cindy Hall.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday April 7, 2012 at the Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Warrens officiating and burial to follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2012 at the funeral home.
