Denver Thale Carter, age 68, of Wellston, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. Denver was a 1970 graduate of Jackson High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the American Legion Post 371 in Wellston. Denver retired from Gladfelters in Chillicothe, where he was a very proud employee. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and being outside, feeding the birds.
Denver is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joann Carter; his son, Denver Carter, Jr.; and his wife, Brittany.
