David Oscar Lewis, age 90, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. He was born in Oak Hill on May 2, 1924, to the late Fred and Grace (West) Lewis.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine (Howell) Lewis, of Oak Hill; sister-in-law Margaret Lewis; and a niece, Susan Kuhner.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Kenneth Lewis, precedes him in death.
Funeral services will be held 1p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Rev. Pat King officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
