Christopher Alan Molihan, 25, passed away peacefully April 2, 2013, at his home and walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Christopher was born October 21, 1987 at OSU Medical Center to Anna Molihan. Even though Christopher came into this world facing insurmountable odds, he fought hard and proved doctors wrong time and time again.

Chris was always the embodiment of Faith, Love and Joy. Never one to shy away from a practical joke, Christopher was sure to bring a smile to your face. He attended Hope Haven School in Jackson where he made many lifelong friends in the teaching staff as well as with the students.

Chris was a regular participant in the Special Olympics, competing in both the wheel chair races and bowling, where he won numerous trophies and medals. Christopher was also a lifelong member of The Rock Full Gospel Church and frequently served as an usher. Christopher loved unconditionally and was loved unconditionally. He will be missed.

Christopher is survived by his mother Anna, younger brother Nathan (Stephanie) Coon and niece Chloe and nephew Matthew. Christopher also leaves behind grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfathers Bob Molihan and Richard Adams.

All funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home. Funeral services were to be held Friday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at The Rock Full Gospel Church on Standpipe Road with Pastor Brian Adams officiating. Friends and family were to call at Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home Thursday, April 4 from 4 to 9 p.m.
