Christina Jane Lewis, age 66, of Jackson, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, Jan. 4, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Oak Hill, Ohio on July 31, 1954 to the late Eugene Stiffler and Delores (Christian) Stiffler Snyder, who survives.  Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Ben Snyder; grandmother, Lora Mae Christian; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ray Lewis; their daughters: Michelle Lynn Lewis and Andrea Rae (David) Haynes; brothers: Rodney (Bobbi Ann) Stiffler, Dale (Pat) Stiffler and Bobby (Ginny) Stiffler; and sisters: Diane (Rick) Pewitt, Teresa Noval, Kim (Dwayne) Richmond and Denise (Matt) Elliott.  Also surviving are five grandchildren: Hayley Lewis, Cody Lewis, Sydney Morgan, Alec Morgan and Isaac Morgan; and one great-grandchild, Ella Lewis.

Christina was a dedicated wife and mother.  She was a Sunday school teacher, a member of the praise and worship teams, a choir member and a Christian speaker.

The family will receive friends at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home, 135 Broadway Street, Jackson, Ohio on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday, Jan. 11 at 3 p.m. at Valley View Memory Gardens, 170 N. Valley Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385.

In lieu of flowers and other memorial tributes, the family would like donations be made in Christina’s name to either Heartland Hospice, 205 North Street, Lucasville, Ohio 45648 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 597, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, for those opting to attend the visitation and/or funeral service, face masks are required inside the funeral home and at the cemetery.  Proper social distancing must also be maintained.  We thank you for your cooperation.
