Calvin Richard Seymour

Calvin Richard Seymour, age 67, of Wellston, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013, at his home. He was born April 8, 1945 in Wellston, Ohio, to the late James Richard Seymour and Gladys Virginia Young Seymour.

Calvin was the owner and operator of Calvin Seymour Logging for several years. He attended the Log Pile Church and was a member of the Orphan’s Friend #275 F&AM Masonic Lodge in Wilkesville. Calvin enjoyed drag racing cars and going fishing.

He is survived by his children, Jamie Fultz of Oak Hill, Brian Fultz of Wellston, Peggy Cardwell of Jackson, Pamela King of Jackson, Patricia Perry of Florida, Tracy Jenkins of Jackson, Kimberly Schultz of Michigan and Alona Seymour of Wellston; brothers and sisters, Marvin Seymour of Hamden, Janice Dotson of Michigan, Roger Seymour of Allensville, Donna McKenzie of Wellston and Gary Seymour of Wellston, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Besides his parents, Calvin was preceded in death by the loving mother of his children, June Seymour; son, Richard Lee Seymour; infant brother, James Seymour and brothers, Ralph Seymour and Kenny Seymour.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 1 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston where Masonic services will conclude the calling hours at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Rev.
