Arthur Harold Mulhern, 54, of Vinton County, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on June 10, 1963, in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Martha (West) Mulhern. Harold was a very hard worker whose number one priority was providing for his family. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed hunting and farming along with his pet dogs. Even though he could be a bit stubborn at times, Harold was always willing to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. In addition to his mom, Harold was preceded in death by grandparents, Clyde and Mabel West and his sister-in-law, Mary Burdett.
