Anna Mae Stiffler

Anna Mae Stiffler, age 92, of Jackson, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born in Oak Hill, Ohio on Aug. 19, 1927 to the late Daniel and Minerva (Leonard) Wallace.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Ray Stiffler; a daughter, Karen Sue Stiffler; brothers: Haldor, Daniel Jr. and Ottie Wallace; and a sister, Hazel Snyder.

She is survived by her sons: Carlos Ray (Erin) Stiffler Jr., Gary Lee (Maria) Stiffler and Michael Alan Stiffler; daughters: Barbara Ann (Sam – deceased) Brackman, Ellen Kay Stiffler, Mary Lou Smith, Nancy Lynn (Mike) Music and Rose Marie Stiffler. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Anna loved being outdoors gardening and taking care of her flowers.

Funeral services will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Friday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 4 to 8 p.m.
