Alice Juanita Ziegler, 84, of Wellston, passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Boardman, Boardman, Ohio.
She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, on April 13,1928, daughter of the late Ray and Adolpha Conkey White. She was a 1946 graduate of Wellston High School, a homemaker, and a member of TOPS.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jim King in 1953; her second husband, Wallace Ziegler in 1989; three sisters, Georgia Ruggles Hall, Maurita LaValley, and Margaret Christian; two brothers, Heber and Nelson White; and a grandchild, Allison Lenore Milliken.
Surviving are a daughter and her husband, Virginia King (Ronald) Milliken, of Canfield, Ohio; a grandson, Andy Milliken, of Hilliard, Ohio; a brother, Francis White, of Charleston, South Carolina; a special nephew, Jim Ruggles, of Pomeroy, Ohio; and close friends and children of her heart, Martha and Larry Martin, of Wellston.
Friends may call at the Jenkins Funeral Chapel in Wellston on Thursday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at which time services will begin with Pastor Brian Vinson officiating. Alice’s final resting place will be the Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston.
