Timothy Dale Williamson, age 55, of Wellston, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014, at his residence. He was born March 13, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late George H. Jarvis and Nancy Music Williamson.
Tim was a former employee of Banquet Foods and The Mushroom Plant. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Della Magill of Jackson, Cynthia Williamson of New Plymouth and Jennifer Orender of Jackson; grandchildren, Daren Williamson, Kaylynn Harris, Harley Martin, Gwendolyn Orender and Eliana Clemons; brothers, Bill Jarvis of Hamden and Tom Jarvis of Lima; sisters, Margaret Rodriguez (Danny) of Staten Island, New York and Sue Jarvis of Parkersburg, West Virginia, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides his parents, Tim was preceded in death by brothers, Roger Jarvis, Johnny Jarvis, Vernon Jarvis, Don Jarvis, Douglas Stone and Gary Williams, and sisters, Mary Elizabeth Murray and Joann Savage.
In keeping with Tim’s wishes, his body was cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 4 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston with Pastor Russ Strange officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
