Sondra Sue Lambert, age 80, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in North Charleston, South Carolina where she had been staying with her daughter. She was born March 11, 1939 in Van Lear, Kentucky to the late Eliza (Bowling) Woods.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Gary) Walker; granddaughter, Rhawnie Gonzalez; great-granddaughters, Evah and Karmin Gonzalez; brother, Dwight (Linda) Woods; brother-in-law, Paul Lambert; sister-in-law, Jacquie Lambert; and several close life-long friends.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lambert; stepfather, Dewey Woods; brother, Larry Clay; and granddaughter, Krista Walker.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Clay Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
