Ronda Leigh Cheatwood Graves

Ronda Leigh Cheatwood Graves, age 52, of McArthur, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017 from the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Both of Ronda’s parents were with her as she passed away from a long illness and complications from major surgery.

She was born Jan. 30, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to Ronald L. Cheatwood and Wanda A. Gould Cheatwood. Ronda was a 1983 graduate of Wellston High School. A homemaker and member of the Grace Baptist Fellowship Church, Ronda enjoyed crocheting blankets to give as gifts, watching movies with her son and attending church. She loved talking on the telephone, especially with her grandmother.

Ronda is survived by her mother, Wanda Cheatwood; father and step-mother, Ron and Pauletta Cheatwood; son, Logan Graves; brothers, Jeffrey Cheatwood (Melissa) and Ronald Aaron Cheatwood (Rana); grandmother, Grace Alene Gould; step-brother, Thomas Rogers (Chelsea); uncles and aunts, Gary Gould (Amy), Jim Cheatwood (Dee), Elaine Hill (Melvin), Pam Davis (Paul) and Kathy Rainer, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond “Bo” Gould and Leo and Mary Cheatwood.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.
