Rodney S. Kelley, age 34, of Wellston, passed away at Holzer Medical Center ER in Jackson on June 29, 2018. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on October 22, 1983 to Roger D. Kelley and Barbara Parker, who survive.
Rodney was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Kelley.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Besides his parents, Rodney is also survived by his children, Logan Kelley, Chase Welborn and Kelsey Ross; his brothers, Melvin Kelley and Roger Kelley Jr.; a sister, Tammy (Carl) Mercer; two grandchildren, Braxton and Kable; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow in Elk Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday, July 8th from 4-6 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home in Jackson.
