Penny Sue Schreck, age 45, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020. She was born July 3, 1974 in Dayton, Ohio. Penny was currently pursuing a nursing degree at Shawnee State University.
Penny was a very strong, loving mother who always provided for her three children and she loved being “Mam” to her only grandchild, Emma Grace. In her spare time, she loved tending to her pigs, reading Stephen King, and cooking.
She is survived by her three children: Aleesha Hoskins, Kelsey Hoskins, and Earl Schreck III; granddaughter, Emma Grace; mother, Karen Reeder; two sisters, April Reeder and Heather Reeder; niece, Raeleigh Reeder; her significant other, Tim Willis and his son, Bradley Willis; friend and father to their son, Earl Schreck, Jr.; and her pet pig, Maggie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
