Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sons: Rick and Michael May; and four brothers: Larry, Gary, Steve and Keith Snyder.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Melanie Salmons; five grandchildren: Shelby May, Austen Grooms, Bryan May, Cody Salmons and Brianna “Shorty” Salmons. Also surviving are her companion of 20 years, Greg Sigman, and brothers and sisters: Shelly Justice (Donald), Sandy McGhee, Patty Rhea, Diane Spears (Don) and Terry Tanner.
The family will receive friends at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Saturday, December 1 from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Stan Howard will officiate the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home and Southern Ohio Cremation Services in Jackson.
