Paul C. Barlow

Paul C. Barlow, age 76, of Zaleski, passed away peacefully at his home, Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was born Feb. 26, 1942 in Wellston, Ohio, to the late John Wesley Barlow and Elsie Ruth Rowland Barlow.

Paul was a former heavy equipment operator and at the time of his passing, he was a self-employed truck driver. Paul always enjoyed playing family card games, bingo, fishing and spending time with his family. He was a member of Operating Engineers and Grace Baptist Fellowship.

Paul is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret A. Quesenberry Barlow; daughters and sons-in-law, Marlene and Jim Swingle of Thurman, Mary and Jim Crabtree of Henryville, Indiana, and Hollie and Isaac Weiker of Wellston; sisters, Leah Williams of Wellston, Debbie Ewing White of Florida, and Tawni Cumbo of Columbus; along with 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Besides his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his daughter, Penny Dearing; and siblings, Richard Barlow, Johnny Barlow, Sylvia Landrum, Ruth Baker, Andrew Barlow and Rosie Mae Barlow.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery. Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com
