Martha Jean Stone (“Jeanie”) passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus. She was born June 14, 1964 in Ironton to the late Jack and Lillogene Ann (Dye) Stone.
Martha was a graduate of Oak Hill High School and a member of the Trinity Wesleyan Church of Oak Hill. She enjoyed walking, reading, crafts, church and helping others. She had a great sense of humor, loving heart and enjoyed life.
She is survived by her brother, Vinton Stone (Karen Fulkerson), of Oak Hill, and special friend, Richard Malone. She is also survived by many relatives and friends, she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
