Margaret Ann “Peggy” Stephson, age 76, of Jackson, passed away Friday morning, November 28, 2014, at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born October 12, 1938 in Urbana, Ohio to the late Guy and Maude Phillips Pritchard.
Peggy was a licensed beautician and she retired from Siemens in Urbana after 20 years of service. She was a member of the Community Chapel Church, on Mulga Road in Wellston, where her husband pastors.
Peggy is survived by her husband of 59 years, Dr. Clark D. Stephson of Jackson; children, Clark Duncan Stephson of California and Mark Stephson (Taliah) of Wellston; daughter-in-law, Rebba Stephson of Columbus; grandchildren, Timothy Stephson of Texas, Adam Stephson of Columbus, Amy Stephson of Illinois and Mark M. Stephson of Texas; as well as seven great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Stephson; one brother and two sisters. Calling hours will be Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home and burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
