Kathy Lynn Fox, age 63, of Jackson, passed away Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at her residence with her husband by her side. She was born on Feb. 7, 1954 to the late Robert Smith and Genevieve Mannering in Oak Hill, Ohio.
Besides her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Stample.
She enjoyed catfishing, playing music and gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Fox; children: Willie Mose Fox (Jessica), Katrina Basham (Jeremy) and Eura Fox; brothers: Roger Harrison of Texas, Robert Smith of Jackson and Rick Smith of Columbus; sister, Juanita Brumlow; many nieces, nephews and eight grandchildren.
Friends will be received Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Butch Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Bentley Family Cemetery.
