Karen Sue Starkey, 60, of Morgantown, died Sunday, August 21st at Mon General Hospital. She was born June 30, 1956 in McArthur, OH, a daughter of Loisene Bowen Hoy and the late Robert Eugene Hoy.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Starkey; daughter, Nikki Starkey; and siblings, Chris Kornmiller, Kathy Molihan, and Robert Hoy, Jr.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her son, Bryan Starkey.
Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown has been entrusted with arrangements. Friends and family will be received at SS Peter and Paul Church, 227 S. New York Ave., Wellston, OH on Sunday, August 28th from 12 p.m. (noon) until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. with Father Don Maroon as celebrant. Interment will follow at Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston, OH.
