Joyce Ann Spriggs, age 72, of Jackson, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She was born Aug. 16, 1946 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Charles and Helen Detty Kinnison.
She is survived by her son, Brian (Jackie) Spriggs; daughter, Amanda (Neal) Crabtree; sister, Sherry Kinnison; grandchildren: Morgan Smith, Tiffany Burkhardt and Ethan Spriggs; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Spriggs and brother, Gary Kinnison.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Wendell Vermillion officiating and burial to follow in the Fairmount Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019 at the funeral home.
