Jason Davis Tipton, age 38, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018. He was born on April 6, 1980 in Portsmouth Ohio to Mary Beth (Davis) Tipton and Jack D. Tipton (Dee Mannering), who survive.
Besides his parents, Jason is survived by his sons: Jaymen Tipton, Tristan Tipton and Treylan Tipton; brothers, Ty Walke and Ryan Tipton; mother of Tristan and Treylan, Cassie Essman; paternal grandparents, Herbert Carlton Tipton and Audrey Ellen Tipton; aunt and uncle, Ted and Cathy Wolford along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, William Davis and Sarah Davis and an uncle, Bill Davis. He was a member of the Laborer Local 423 of Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Karen Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Hanna Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, Dec. 30 from 4 to 8 p.m.
