Guy Allen Kiefer, age 63, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019 at his home. He was born Nov. 7, 1956 in Akron, Ohio to the late Gilbert Kiefer and Mary (Arnette) Baber.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Shane Kiefer, and stepfather, John Baber.
Guy is survived by his children, Allen (Holli) Kiefer, of Wellston, Shawn (Michelle) Kiefer, of Akron, Shane Shaffer, of Pennsylvania, Seth Ruzendall, of Akron, and Cassandra Crawford, of Akron; grandchildren, Zoey and Gannon Kiefer, Emma Kiefer, Kylee Cetnarowski, and Declan Shaffer; brothers, Gregg (Margie) Kiefer, of Oak Hill, Gary (Anita) Kiefer, of Auburn, New York and Gib (Judy) Kiefer, of Jackson; step mother, Jeanette Kiefer; step brother, Steve Speakman; step sister, Marsha Ervin May; and very special friend, Deanie Clarke. Also surviving are nephew, Zach (Jessica) Kiefer and great-nephew, Silas Kiefer and great-niece, Cambrie Kiefer and numerous other relatives and friends.
