Geraldine Hughes, age 64, of Jackson, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. She was born in Jackson on April 16, 1952 to the late Gerald D. Terry and Betty (Cash) Terry who survives.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Terry.
She is survived by her husband, John E. Hughes, along with several nieces and nephews.
Geraldine liked to paint, sew and fish.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 30, at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home in Jackson with Rev. Jack Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Little Mound Cemetery in Richmond Dale. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
