Edna Albert Vanfossan, age 98, passed away in her home at Holzer Assisted Living in Jackson, Ohio, Wednesday April 17, 2013.
Having resided in Cincinnati, Ohio for more than 50 years, she returned to Jackson in 2009. She was born in Jackson, Ohio September 23, 1914 to the late John and Minnie Kauffman Vanfossan. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Walter, Omar and Hershel Vanfossan and niece Virginia Russ.
She is survived by great niece; Jan Russ Weber (Steve) of Geneseo, Illinois, great nephews; Paul and Joseph (Carma) Russ of Oak Hill and many great great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Howard officiating and burial to follow in the Fairmount Cemetery.
