Donnis L Sprague Jr. 64 of Jackson passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013. He was bom Jan. 19, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Donnis L. Sprague Sr. and Dorothy J. Cottrill Makenzie. He was a retired Supervisor at the Campbell’s Fresh Mushroom Farm of Jackson, graduate of the last graduating class of Wilkesvtlle High School and enjoyed visiting the Jackson County Senior Citizens.
He is survived by his son Steve (Tabetha) Sprague, brother: Barry (Diane) Sprague, sister: Marlena Morgan, granddaughter: Sabrina Sprague and special friend: Maria Goff, Frankie Waulk, Tiffany Waulk and Taylor Waulk.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Randle Sprague.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Brother Dobie Wyant officiating and burial to follow in the Radcliff Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan.8, at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Jackson County Board on Aging Inc: 25 East Mound Street, Jackson.
